Ramsbury FC amazing U7s team achieved huge success in winning the North Wilts Youth Football League U7s Trophy Event.
The U7 team under coaches James Underwood and Ian Cresswell and assistant coach Matt Thomas have had a string of very tough matches, mainly against much bigger football clubs, but have shown great resilience and determination and the Ramsbury FC never give up ethos! Their matches have often been in poor weather conditions and on less than ideal pitches, but this has not prevented the U7s in achieving their success.
The team have recently increased in numbers and have bonded brilliantly and have greater confidence and character, which has been a delight to see.
The U7s players and Coaches were presented their individual trophies by the Club Secretary and Welfare Officer Jon Symon at the U7s weekly training session and the trophy was placed in the Club Trophy Cabinet in the Clubhouse.
Club Chair Andy Knowles congratulated all the U7s and Coaches and especially for their determination and great team spirit.
