It was the battle of the Blue and Whites at Hilldrop Lane this Sunday as Ramsbury U10s met with a strong Wroughton Broncos side.
Wroughton donned the bibs as the teams kicked off a well contested game under the blazing morning sun. The first half was a close run affair with some good chances for both teams but the Broncos just seemed to edge the physical encounters but Ramsbury stuck to their game plan and played some good football.
The second half continued in the same vain as Ramsbury continued to push to get a breakthrough against a team who were buoyed by their first half successes. All in all it was a good start to the season and a great base from which to continue to develop.
