Well done to Ramsbury U14s Blue Team who were finalists at the 2019 Harwell & Hendred Tournament only narrowly losing 1-0 (golden goal) against a very tough team from Brighton (yes that is Brighton by the sea!). The team: Tom, Oli, Maya, Seb, Fred and Noah did ever so well as they were on the wrongside of some very poor refereeing decisions in earlier games and had no subs throughout. They were exhausted at the end, but all fully earned their runners up trophies and were a credit to their parents and the club. Well done!

Ramsbury U14s White were not so successful but played brilliantly to get to the champions league quarter final where they unluckily came up against a very tough Oxford team losing 3-0. However, they were 4th overall in the league and defeated and drew against teams from higher Divisons and again were a reall credit to the club and their parents. The team: Ben B, AJ, John, Josh, Cam and Reece (last minute draft in – thank you Reece and Kirsten (Josh’s Mum) for ensuring we had a team to play. Cam (a great addition) scored a hat trick in one game v Mansfield and Reece scored a spectacular long range shot in the early games and other coaches commented on how tough Ramsbury were to play against – well done to all involved!  Jon Symon Ramsbury FC Chair & U14 Coach
